Returns, Refunds & Digital Products Policy

Returns (Physical Products)

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns subject to the conditions below.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  •  The item must be unused
  • In the same condition received
  • In the original packaging


Proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened perfumes or aromatherapy products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Books


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence to assist with resolution.

Where appropriate, items will be replaced or refunded.


Refunds (Physical Products)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  •  A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  •  Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your bank

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Downloadable products

  • Digital guides

  • Audio files

  • Meditations

  • Online courses

  • Workshop replays

Once purchased or accessed, digital products are considered final sale.


Digital Product Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered
  • There is a verified technical fault
  • Access cannot be provided

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Workshops, Sessions & Events

Bookings for workshops, online events, and live sessions are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • Transfer to another date
  • Credit towards a future session or event

 


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
